Bachelorette Party time! Post is Rated R *cakes not intended for children*

Alright Girls! it's that time for your best girlfriend to get married and what do we women do? Throw Bachelorette parties!  Celebrating her single life, the joining of 2 families and what else! MEN!

Incorporating the first and last of the "what the bride celebrates" during her bachelorette party I designed a few edible treats for all to enjoy.

An easy fun and somewhat healthy treat is the Banana pop!

Buy medium size bananas, Popsicle sticks, chocolate for melting, marshmallows and toothpicks.

Remove the peel from the bananas, insert the Popsicle stick in one end and place in the freezer until ready... Next place 1 toothpick in each marshmallow set aside, then melt the chocolate in a double boiler.

Once the chocolate is melted, dip the marshmallows -ensure to coat the entire marshmallow and set aside on a wire rack to dry or in a glass. *whichever you may have.

 Next assemble!

These cupcakes were fun to make...

Take fondant *homemade or purchased and mould the penis and balls.  The next step is to allow them to dry and paint them flesh tone colours.
Once they are fully dry, apply them to the top of the cupcakes.

The girls will love, giggle, stare and eat them up!

Now what girl doesn't like a Red Velvet cream filled penis cake!?!?!?!

Quite simple. If you don't have a pan, you can assemble this with using regular baking pans and sculpt away.
Toast coconut in the broiler on Low to toast the coconut.  Sprinkle in the necessary places and...

Girls Go Eat CAKE!

Feeling like you missed a cookie or 2?

Well here are some Bachelorette cookies appropriate for any bride and her friends.

Hope you enjoyed the Bachelorette fun!

Happy New Year cupcake

Hello all fans of sweets!

For the start of 2012, closing of 2011, I wanted to create a new, delicious, luxurious cupcake.
I took a bit of bubbly, red velvet and strawberries and created the New Years Cupcake, Strawberries and Champagne.
This cupcake can be for any occasion or celebration.

I took fresh locally grown strawberries, red velvet cake and combined it with Casa Rossa, an Italian sweet fruity wine.  The combination was just pure genius.  A dollop of vanilla butter cream frosting with a slice of strawberry adorn the cupcake.

The first taste hooked the connoisseur...craving another taste.

The combination of Casa Rossa, fresh strawberry pieces and red velvet made your mouth salivate for more.
Strawberries and Champagne

These cupcakes along with the Strawberry Creamsicles are best when strawberries are in season. (December through April in Florida)
